What is The Philosophy behind TCM?

According to the TCM point of view, health is harmony between Yin and Yang, between body and spirit. Harmony of this union means health, well being and good luck, while disharmony of any kind can lead to disease, disaster and bad luck. The strategy of Chinese Medicine is to restore harmony, balance and the free flow of Qi.
