Stress has even been linked to many serious conditions such as cancer. The stress itself is not a disease but it can contribute to ill health.
We can reduce negative outcomes of stress and induce relaxation.
For massage, we recommend either therapeutic massage or hot stone massage for complete body relaxation. Both treatments are aimed at decreasing muscle tension, decreasing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and promoting relaxation of body and mind.
