Online Counselling

Online Counselling is a great alternative to an office visit. We all need help at various points in our lives. People choose to receive counselling for many different types of concerns. Whether you are looking for individual help with mild-to-moderate symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, self-esteem, or other life concerns, we can help. If you are looking to improve the quality of your life but are limited in time or location, this service might be the right option for you.

Online counselling services are offered via Internet communication such as email, chat, and video conferencing.

What does the session look like?

Internet counselling can be a very effective and convenient way of therapy. Sessions look very much like in-office sessions in terms of what we talk about and how we go about exploring and helping you solve and cope with the challenges your are experiencing. People actually find this more convenient than office visits because it can be done from the comfort of their own home when and where they want.

What conditions do you work with?

I help with a wide variety of issues that are of moderate intensity, such as having a low mood, stress at work, anxiety in your day, relationship conflicts, self-esteem issues, career dilemmas, self-improvement, and most other challenges in life.

How long is the session?

Sessions are 50-minutes in length, which is standard, but if you would like longer sessions, these can be setup in advance as well.

How much does a session cost?

For a 50-minute appointment the cost is $120 (not incl. GST), and is based on the recommended fee schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

How can I book a session?

Booking a session can be easily done by sending us an email or calling during office hours. Payment is pre-approved using your credit card at the time of booking but is only withdrawn after each session.
